Before the expiry of the period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, you must fill in the "Return request" form in your reserved area (log-in)
The customer must return the product(s) in an intact state of preservation and with original labels not removed. The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts.
